Submitting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on the CertQueen website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please contact the CertQueen Copyright Support Team at support@certqueen.com.

To help us verify and process the complaint, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • The copyrighted work or other intellectual property involved;
  • The web address or specific location of the allegedly infringing content;
  • A brief explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights; and
  • Any other information that may help us verify the claimed rights.

If the information provided is insufficient to complete a review, CertQueen may contact the complainant and request necessary supplementary materials.

Review and Response

After receiving a copyright or intellectual-property complaint, CertQueen will review the relevant content and may, as appropriate:

  • Modify or remove the relevant content;
  • Restrict or discontinue access to the relevant content;
  • Seek information from relevant persons; or
  • Take other reasonable measures.

Submitting a complaint does not establish that infringement has occurred. CertQueen will make its determination based on the complaint materials, the relevant content, and the circumstances.
